- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts (e.g., sensors, computers, modules) are non-returnable unless a valid defect is reported within 7 days.
- Custom-ordered or special-request parts.

Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel your order free of charge before the part is dispatched or prepared for shipping.
- Once the part has been picked, tested, or is in transit, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If cancellation is approved after order processing has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply to cover labor and handling costs.
To cancel an order, please contact our team immediately with your order ID. We will verify the order status and inform you if the cancellation is eligible.
Refunds on Returns & Cancellations
- Approved returns or cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- All refunds are subject to return and inspection approval.
