Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only considered if the product delivered is incorrect, defective, or not as described.
- The request for a refund must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Returned parts must be in the original condition as received, without any tampering or damage.
- Refunds are subject to approval after inspection and confirmation of return.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Returns requested after 10 days from delivery.
- Parts installed, altered, disassembled, or damaged by the customer.
- Incorrect part ordered by the customer (unless a compatibility guarantee was given).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned part, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
Restocking Fee
All approved refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the product and reason for return.
